STROMBOLI

COOKING TIME:
350F for 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf Rich's Bread Dough (thaw but do not rise)
1/2 pound sandwich style pepperoni
1/2 jar Provolone Cheese, sliced thin
1 jar Progresso Pepper Salad
1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce

DIRECTIONS: Roll out bread dough to approximate size of cookie sheet. Layer sauce, pepperoni and cheese on top of dough. Roll "jelly roll' style. Pinch ends down and place on a greased cookie sheet to bake. Cut in slices. You can put additional sauce over top before or after baking.

Our family enjoys Stromboli during the "football season". I usually vary the recipe with different meats and cheeses and sometimes top with butter and paprika. We usually have friends to the house to watch football games and enjoy appetizers during the long cold Buffolo winters.
