BABY BACK RIBS

Submitted by: David Pankenier/Sun Lakes,Arizona (1998)

PREPARATION TIME:
5 minutes on a gas grill

COOKING TIME:
1 1/2 hours

COOKING TEMPERATURE:
Medium Indirect Heat

INGREDIENTS:

1 Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs
Your favorite Barbeque sauce

DIRECTIONS:

It is very important to cook the baby back ribs over indirect heat on the barbeque grill. If using standard grill - coals should be ignited and then placed on the outside perimeter of grill. Place rack of ribs on center of grill (not over coals) fat side up for 45 minutes. Turn rack over and cook another 25 minutes. Then brush with barbeque sauce and cook this side for another 10 minutes. Flip to fat side side up, brush that side with barbeque sauce and cook another 10 minutes. Now you are ready to eat those tender juicy ribs.
