PLUMS WIFE PAVLOVA DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:
4 egg whites
4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
8 tablespoons boiling water

DIRECTIONS: Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, adding the water last. Beat for 20 minutes. Turn out into a non-stick baking tray. Bake at 135 Celcius for 1 hour. Let cool. Decorate with FRESH whipped cream and slices of Kiwi fruit.

MEMORIES/STORIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RECIPE: I call it Plums Wifes Pavlova because the lady that sent us the recipe is known as Mrs. B and she calls her husband "plum". It can serve any number of people...it just depends if you have guts or not! Keep others away and only tell them after you have had enough to eat!
