REGINA'S CHICKEN IN THE OVEN

PREPARATION TIME:
30 minutes

SIZE OF PAN:
Large roasting pan

BAKING TIME:
1 1/2 hours

OVEN TEMPERATURE:
360F degrees

INGREDIENTS:
Pam
Oil
6 chicken breast with bone
6 potatoes quartered
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 can peas
Water(fill empty peas can with water)

DIRECTIONS:
Spray roasting pan with pam.
Coat pan with oil.
Rinse chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel.
Add 6 chicken breast to center of roasting pan - meat side up.
Add 6 quartered potatoes around outside of pan.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt over chicken and potatoes.
Turn over chicken and potatoes after 45 minutes.
At 1 1/4 hours pour off any excess oil.
Add can of peas with its liquid.
Fill empty peas can with water and add to chichen, potatoes and peas mixture. This will make its own pan gravy.
Cook another 15 minutes. Serve.
