INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bulk swiss cheese, cubed
3 packages (2 1/2 ounces) corned beef, cut-up
1/2 - 3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 16 ounce can drained sauerkraut
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together in a crockpot for 2 hours on low.
Stir occasionally.
Serve on rye party bread.
NOTE:
This recipe can be doubled. If doubled, it will fill a crockpot.
