OSTRICH CHILI

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground ostrich
1 red onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans stewed tomotoes(with onions, celery)
1 green pepper,chopped
1 package French's chili seasoning mix
1 small can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: Chop the onion and celery and brown with the ostrich meat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese on top and crackers.
